In this solo episode, I @mattgottesman go all in on what it looks like getting back up from a major fall, learning a new perspective from my father about the journey over end success, that getting back up is rarely celebrated but much needed, showing grace to ourselves in our healing, understanding what’s most important in our growth, changing the way we look at ourselves and much more. In my efforts to share more of my story with you and the parts of my journey that have shaped my mindset, this episode includes me talking about my father when he was in the hospital and how he viewed me versus how I viewed myself.
